Delivery Method: eBooks are delivered electronically via email from BookFunnel.
Delivery Time: eBooks will be delivered immediately after the purchase is completed. In case of any delay, please contact our support team.
Shipping Cost: No shipping cost for eBooks as they are delivered digitally.

Paperbacks

Delivery Method: Paperbacks are shipped through standard mail services.
Delivery Time: Orders for paperbacks will be processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7-14 days from the date of order.
Shipping Cost: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the weight of your order.
Tracking: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to monitor the delivery status.
Packaging: We ensure that all paperbacks are securely packaged to prevent any damage during transit.

General Information

Order Processing: Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
